/t new town name (to start your town!)
/t invite player (to invite new residents)
/t rank add playercomayor/assistant/vip/helper/sheriff/builder/architect (to give certain permissions and roles to trusted town members)
/t kick player (to remove rule breakers and problem causers from your town)
/t outlaw add player (to prevent players you dislike from entering your town)
/t outlaw remove player

/t toggle percenttaxes (to change taxes from a set amount, example: $100, to a percentage of player’s balances, ex: 5%)
/t set taxes set amount or percentage
/t set title playertitle (to give town members custom titles)
/t claim (to claim new land)
/t claim outpost (to claim land away from your town)
/t outpost outpost number (to visit your outpost/outposts)
/t set board message (to post a motto or message for your town)
/t set spawn (to set the town’s spawn location)
/t online (to see which members of your town are online)
